"The Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies." Romans 8:11
How Childhood Repeats Eden — and How Christ Restores the Organism
Where the Finished Work of Christ Becomes Your Embodied Trust
You can believe the Gospel and still feel your chest brace when love moves toward you. You can preach grace and still discover that your organism does not entirely trust it. Because the body remembers what the mind has forgotten.
Paul named it plainly: "Who will deliver me from this body of death?" He was not speaking metaphorically. He was speaking from inside the same tension you carry — the gap between what you confess and what you feel, between the freedom you have been given and the chronic bracing that will not release.
You have tried more discipline. More theology. More willpower. You have prayed, studied, worshipped, and returned. And still the deeper current does not move. The low hum of anxiety remains. The chest stays guarded. The belly does not soften. Something below the level of decision has not yet heard the news.
This is not a failure of faith. It is a wound with a name. And it has a path back.
This teaching traces one event — the loss of embodied innocence — from Scripture, through its reenactment in every childhood, into the chronic tension carried in the jaw, chest, belly, pelvis, and ground.
It names the wound with precision and without shame. It shows how unbelief became structure in the flesh — not as metaphor, but as literal, physiological fact. And then it traces the path back.
The path back is not more information. It is not willpower, not self-improvement, not a new spiritual technique. It is the breath of resurrection meeting the body at the exact sites where guilt was written before you could speak.
Grace does not bypass the nervous system. It inhabits it. Eternal life is not postponed. It is embodied.
Two traditions have circled this wound for generations without quite reaching it.
The Bodyworkers
They saw the body clearly. They developed real practices. They watched their students open, soften, breathe. And then they watched, in the end, as their own students still failed to arrive at a truly full life. Something was always missing. What was missing was Christ.
The Church
It preached grace faithfully. It named the wound of sin and the freedom of the cross. But it rarely brought the body along. The gospel's pathway to emotional health runs through the body — and that path was left unmarked.
This book joins them. It takes the body seriously because the Incarnation does. It takes the Gospel seriously because nothing else reaches the root. The result is not a synthesis of two systems. It is the gospel made flesh in you.

Book One
How Childhood Repeats Eden and How Christ Restores the Organism
The teaching. It names the wound — how unbelief became structure in the flesh — and where the finished work of Christ undoes it.
Book Two — The Companion
The Companion to The Fall in the Body
The practice. Where the teaching ends, the living begins — the energetic path through which the life of Christ reaches your mortal body.
These are one product — one teaching in two movements — sold together.
You can know the truth and still feel the body tighten when intimacy approaches. You can believe the Gospel and still feel your chest brace when love moves toward you. Because the body remembers what the mind has forgotten.
"The Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead will give life to your mortal bodies."Not someday. Not only after history ends. To your mortal bodies. The very flesh that learned to contract in fear. The very chest that braced. The very belly that held. The very ground beneath your feet that you never quite trusted to hold you.
And you begin to discover, in your own body, something you could not imagine before: it is safe to be alive.
From The Fall in the Body
You have known the Gospel to be true in your mind and still felt braced in your body. You have tried more discipline, more resolve, more spiritual intensity — and found the deeper current still would not move. You have sensed that something in you has not yet received what your theology already knows. You are not looking for a technique. You are looking for the thing itself.
This is gentle, foundational work, meant to be lived with slowly. It is not a crisis intervention. If you carry a serious wound — deep trauma, acute suffering — the healing you need is meant to happen in relationship, not alone. This teaching can be a companion to that work. It is not a replacement for it. Receive it as it is offered: quietly, without urgency, as a floor to stand on.
A single 152-page PDF — two movements, one teaching. The Fall in the Body and its companion Where Resurrection Becomes Experience, together. Instant digital download.
A single teaching in two movements.
Yours to keep, to return to, to live inside.
This is not a technique for manufacturing union with God. That union is already yours in Christ. You surrender because the result is already accomplished. The finished work is the floor. You are not climbing toward it. You are learning to stand on what is already beneath you.
Grace does not bypass the nervous system. It inhabits it. And as it does, something long held begins, slowly, to release. The chest softens. The breath deepens. The ground holds.
"The glory of God is a human being fully alive."
