Session 1: The Genius Within — available immediately. A full-body session that restores breath, feeling, and presence. Session 2: Eyes & Face — unlocks in Week 3. Targets where emotional tension, social conditioning, and spiritual shutdown most often live. These sessions are the core of the work. You return to them throughout the month.

Short daily integration practices that evolve each week — there to help your nervous system keep what the sessions open, stabilize new patterns, and prevent old tension from snapping back.
